Trunk or Treat

We had a pretty busy Saturday but that was really the only day we had anything planned for the weekend. Saturday afternoon our nephew Courtland played in a tournament for the championship so we packed up the boys and went to watch. It was an exciting game until the 4th quarter. They let the team they were playing come back and beat them. Courtland did great though and he even received an All Tournament award. I didn't take any pictures because I was too busy taking care of 2 babes. :)

Saturday night we went to the church where Tuff goes to school to attend their "Trunk or Treat." People decorate their trunks and hand out candy from their vehicles. It was really neat and the babes really seemed to have a good time! :) We had a big crowd of babes. Our 2, Tuff & Gunner, Jace, Harrison and Ada. I got lots of pictures of our sweet crowd.

He got alot of compliments on his sock monkey costume.

I just can't get over how much Tuff smiled in all of the pictures we took.
He must have REALLY been enjoying his self...
Ya'll all know how much he smiles when the camera comes out! Ha!

Melissa Caldwell & Ashley Witty.
Of course those are their maiden names but that's how I remember them best! :)

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!!!
We are gearing up for another night of trick or treating tonight! I should have TONS more pictures to share tomorrow.

Halloween Party

My little monkey had a Halloween party at school yesterday. I left work a tad bit earlier than usual so me and little brother could attend. I say "my little monkey" because that's exactly what he is for Halloween this year. A sock monkey to be exact.

I have to say, I really enjoyed my time at the party. I was only there an hour but my big boy was beaming with pride the WHOLE time. He loved mommy and brother being there. He was showing me all around his classroom and seemed to be SO proud of it. That made this mommy very happy, inside and out! It also made me wish his daddy didn't work nights so he could be at all of these things too. I know he'd be just as happy to be showing his daddy around. I might have to go home and drag daddy out of bed for the next event. :)

Here are some pictures from the afternoon.

This is Mrs. Priscilla, Tuff's teacher.
She is helping Tuff with his pumpkin.

And this is Mrs. P's Aid. I'm not sure of her name. She's pretty quiet.

Working hard on his pumpkin.
See his tattoo???

Showing me his tattoo.

My nephew Jace is also in Tuff's class.
He is a UPS man for Halloween this year.
Just like his Daddy, in real life! :)

Sweet boy of mine ;)

Little brother hung out with Aunt Em for most of the party!

Time for party food!!!

Mrs. P has pictures of all the kids in her class hanging on the wall. Under each picture she has prints of their hands with some type of saying that reflects the child. Tuff's picture says "I'm a big brother"

I LOVE it.
Excuse the hateful stare.
This was his 2nd day of school, when he was still trying to adjust.
Haha.

BIG BOY, mama and daddy are SO proud of you!
We love you more than you'll ever know!!!!

Tuff's Field Trip to the Punkin Patch!

I took off from work on Tuesday so me and Gunner could go with Tuff's class (and the rest of his school) to the pumpkin patch. Meme and Baba tagged along too. It was a GREAT day. Both boys were in wonderful moods and I was very pleased with this pumpkin patch. Over the last few years, we have been to 4 or 5 different pumpkin patches and this one had to have been my favorite so far. Tuff was pretty fond of it too. :)

There were SO many kids and parents there that I think it kind of ended up that everyone tagged along with who they "knew." So it was pretty much me, Gunner, meme, baba, Tuff and Jace. Mom helped out alot by taking care of Gunner so I could chase my sweet big boy around with the camera. Here are some shots from our day.

Posing with Jace right when we got there.

BaBa and Jace

They thought this was fun

Tuff couldn't decide if he wanted to ride the train or not...

He decided he didn't want too but BaBa said he had to.
This picture is funny because she's trying to make him smile and be happy about riding but if you look closely, he has his head down, pouting.

He left whining and came back smiling :)

Both boys loved the fire truck...

And both had to drive it...

Tuff ALWAYS spots the slides...

My little Indian

"WADER Mama!!!"

This was the cutest little truck.

And if you're wondering...

Sweet baby Gunner WAS there too.
But he mostly did this, ate and was being held :)

Next we traveled through the corn maze.
The boys lead...

After the maze, we were taken on a hay ride to pick our pumpkins.

Looking for the perfect pumpkin.

And FINALLY,

LUNCH!!!

We were all SO hungry and thirsty. The whole ride back from the pumpkin patch Tuff was saying "Eat, Eat. I Hungy!" Haha. We all acted like we had never eaten before when we finally got to sit down and eat.

After lunch, we packed up and headed home for one of these...

And I think it may have been just as good as lunch! :)

Happy Thursday Friends!
