Halloween Party

My little monkey had a Halloween party at school yesterday. I left work a tad bit earlier than usual so me and little brother could attend. I say "my little monkey" because that's exactly what he is for Halloween this year. A sock monkey to be exact.

I have to say, I really enjoyed my time at the party. I was only there an hour but my big boy was beaming with pride the WHOLE time. He loved mommy and brother being there. He was showing me all around his classroom and seemed to be SO proud of it. That made this mommy very happy, inside and out! It also made me wish his daddy didn't work nights so he could be at all of these things too. I know he'd be just as happy to be showing his daddy around. I might have to go home and drag daddy out of bed for the next event. :)

Mrs. P has pictures of all the kids in her class hanging on the wall. Under each picture she has prints of their hands with some type of saying that reflects the child. Tuff's picture says "I'm a big brother"
