Our weekend was spent at home "under the weather." Tuff ran a fever most of the day on Friday, all through the night, all day on Saturday and some of the morning on Sunday. Needless to say, we went no where. Gunner is also cutting his very first tooth so he's been nearly impossible. I love this baby more than anything in this world but sometimes I wonder if I'll make it 18 years. HAHA. Every milestone with Gunner is a tragedy. Tuff was such a simple baby who took things so wonderfully. Cutting a tooth never bothered him. This is Gunner's very first tooth and he has let us ALL know about it. On the up side, I can't wait to see that toothy shining through. :) Of course it may be another week or two before we can see it that well. Since we didn't get out all weekend, I didn't take many pictures. BUT, I did get a picture of a FIRST. First what you ask? First bath together....
I know. Ya'll are probably thinking, 8 months and first time? This mama is a little nervous when it comes to water and Tuff can be a little crazy in the bath tub sometimes. Although Gunner is our little fish. He LOVES the water. He'll pick up the bucket I use to rinse their hair out with and pour water right over his face and not even flinch. Tuff.... not so much. We can't touch his face with the water or he has a fit. So this was a picture of our first brotherly bath. (You can tell Gunner is teeting because he's going to town chewing on that wash cloth.)
I also got this sweet picture of Gunner on Saturday. He was cranky so we put him in the back of Tuff's dump truck and pushed him around a little bit. He thought that was funny. I of course got his picture and it was so cute I sent it out to a few family members titled-
"Caution: Wide Load!"
Sorry for the quality. I took both pictures with my phone.
Tuff seems to be feeling much better since yesterday afternoon. We went to the grocery store and came home for some more rest! Now it's time to tackle the work week.
Happy Monday, friends!

Bless yalls hearts! I love the bath picture...so sweet!
